Michael Colich has practiced criminal law for over 30 years, spending his first seven years in practice as a Hennepin County Prosecutor. In those seven years, he tried more than 90 felony cases. Of those cases, he lost only one. In 1984, he formed Colich & Associates, now one of the most highly regarded criminal defense firms in Minnesota. Mr. Colich has tried more than 600 criminal cases throughout Minnesota and the United States. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota and the United States Federal Courts.

Andrew Small has been practicing criminal law since 2001. He began his career as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Judge Robert A. Blaeser, and then moved to the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office. From 2001 to 2003, Mr. Small worked in the Juvenile Prosecution Division, handling a variety of criminal cases involving juveniles. That experience gave Mr. Small invaluable insight into working with juveniles and within the Juvenile Justice System.

Amanda Krueger received her Bachelor of Arts Degree with honors from Carleton College with in 2008 and received her Juris Doctor with honors from William Mitchell College of Law in 2011. From 2008 to 2011, Ms. Krueger worked as a law clerk at Colich & Associates, working on defense cases ranging from traffic offenses to murder, including second-chairing two first-degree murder cases.  Ms. Krueger spent one year at Colich & Associates as an attorney practicing criminal law. In order to expand her legal knowledge, Ms. Krueger then worked for approximately one year as judicial law clerk for the Honorable Gina M. Brandt and Mark S. Wernick with Hennepin County.
