Amanda J. Krueger

Amanda Krueger received her Bachelor of Arts Degree with honors from Carleton College with in 2008 and received her Juris Doctor with honors from William Mitchell College of Law in 2011. From 2008 to 2011, Ms. Krueger worked as a law clerk at Colich & Associates, working on defense cases ranging from traffic offenses to murder, including second-chairing two first-degree murder cases.  Ms. Krueger spent one year at Colich & Associates as an attorney practicing criminal law. In order to expand her legal knowledge, Ms. Krueger then worked for approximately one year as judicial law clerk for the Honorable Gina M. Brandt and Mark S. Wernick with Hennepin County.

As a judicial law clerk for Judges Brandt and Wernick, Ms. Krueger clerked mulitple felony trials and Implied Consent hearings. During her time as a clerk, Ms. Krueger worked with an array of prosecutors, public defenders and private defense attorneys on an assortment of cases, hearings and proceedings. She became well-versed as to the inter-workings of the Hennepin County court system and its processes.

Ms. Krueger has returned to work as an attorney with Colich & Associates. Ms. Krueger focuses her practice in criminal defense, working on a variety of criminal offenses including DWI, assault and domestic assault, burglary and robbery, drug crimes, criminal sexual conduct and theft. In addition, Ms. Krueger handles a range of criminal-related civil matters such as expungement and forfeiture actions.
