SUCCESSFUL CASE RESULTS

State v. K.B.
Michael Colich’s client was charged with one count of Murder in the First Degree and three counts of Attempted Murder in Hennepin County.  After a jury trial in February, a jury found Mr. Colich’s client not guilty on all eight counts.

State v. A.E.
Michael Colich’s client was charged with one count of Premeditated Murder in the First Degree, two counts of Attempted Murder, three counts of Murder in the Second Degree, one count of Murder in the Third Degree and six counts of Criminal Vehicular Operation.  After a lengthy trial, a jury acquitted Mr. Colich’s client on eight of those charges and Mr. Colich’s client was sentenced to considerably less prison time.

State v. B.O.
Andrew Small’s client was charged with two counts of premeditated murder and two counts of attempted premeditated murder in Hennepin County in March 2011.  After a March 2012 trial, a jury found Mr. Small’s client not guilty on all counts.

State v. A.D.
Michael Colich represented A.D., after he was charged with third degree criminal sexual conduct in Benton County. After aggressive defense work by Mr. Colich and Ms. Kreuser, all charges were dismissed and the client was released from jail.
